Il carburo di silicio nero è una graniglia di carborundum estremamente dura e al 99% in SiC. Come materiale abrasivo, può funzionare bene per la sabbiatura abrasiva, il trattamento superficiale, la molatura su materiali duri come marmo, vetro, giada, ecc. Il carburo di silicio è prodotto da un processo che coinvolge la reazione elettrochimica di silice (SiO2) sotto forma di quarzo mescolata con carbonio (C) sotto forma di coke di petrolio grezzo.

Caratteristica del prodotto

1. Buona resistenza all’ossidazione e stabilità chimica ad alte temperature.

2. Elevata durezza con Mohs 9,2-9,3. Anche a 2000℃, mantiene un’elevata resistenza.

3.Eccellente tenacità.

4. Bassa conduttività termica. Quindi può resistere allo shock termico.

5. Il contenuto minimo di SiC ad alta purezza è del 98,5%.

6. Elevata densità apparente.

7. La graniglia di carburo di silicio nero viene lavata con acqua prima del processo di macinazione, quindi contiene poche impurità.
